This course is designed to equip trainee teachers with the knowledge and skills necessary to provide high-quality care and education to toddlers . The course covers various aspects of ECCED including child development, curriculum design, teaching methods, and assessment.

Course Objectives :

To understand the importance of early childhood education and the role of teachers in promoting child development.
To gain knowledge of different aspects of child development and common behavioural concerns in early childhood.
To develop strategies and engagement techniques for promoting development in different domains such as cognitive, physical, social, and emotional.
To learn about essential aspects and methods of preschool education and effective teaching and learning resources.
To gain an understanding of planning and evaluation in early childhood education.
To understand the importance of child health, hygiene, and nutrition and their impact on child development.
To learn about elementary principles of nutrition and health programs and hygiene in schools.

The ECCED Course

The ECCED course in Shailendra Education Society is designed to meet international standards of quality and excellence and is aligned with the National Education Policy (NEP) 2020.

Boosting Features of the course...

Develop an understanding of the needs and rights of children with an emphasis on the socio-cultural context of early years.
Understand the importance of various stages and developmental aspects of children from birth to six years of age.
Be able to identify common childhood illness, take care of the sick, and apply preventive measures.
Appreciate the healthy and nutritional needs of young children and become capable of evaluating a diet with respect to the need for an adequate diet.
Become promising and efficient teachers, Centre Heads, educationists, or entrepreneurs.
Helps children to build their social skills, self-confidence, and emotional intelligence, which are essential for their overall well-being and success in life.
Includes age-appropriate assessments and evaluations to track a child’s progress and identify areas where they may need additional support or intervention.
Promotes a positive and inclusive learning environment that respects diversity and celebrates cultural differences.
Offer additional services such as parent-teacher meetings, parent workshops, and counseling services to support parents and families in their parenting journey.

Centre Co-ordinator for play-school, day-care, Playgroups, etc.
Aspiring trainers, Curriculum planners, and Course Coordinators in pre school training establishment.
Edupreneur/prospective Edupreneur who wishes to excel in the preschool sector business.
No age limit.Educational eligibility : SSC / HSC Graduation in any field.

English Secondary Investiture Ceremony | 01/08/2024

Investiture ceremony is an important occasion where a school entrusts its upcoming leaders with certain roles and responsibilities. Delegation of responsibility and giving authority to children is important as it teaches them lifelong skills of being powerful and caring at the same time.

Oath Ceremony program of student council

The oath Ceremony Event was organized on 1^st August 2024 for elected candidates and Students Council for A.Y. 2024-25 was formed.

The elected Candidates took oath as The President, The Prime Ministers, Ministers , Deputy Ministers ,House Captains and Class Monitors for the smooth functioning of the school and welfare of students.

Miss Krutika Purohit former Prime Minister of English Primary Student Council (A.Y 2006-07) and Mrs. Mansi Mehta Madam Headmistress of English Secondary were the chief guest of event. They felicitated the President and The Prime Minister with the batches. Ministers , Deputy Ministers , House Captains and Class Monitors were felicitated with the batch by the teachers.

Function was well organized by all the teaching and non-teaching staff of SES English Primary School.
